On the 2nd and 30th of March design workshops were held exploring design ideas for the Land between Denvilles and Emsworth. During the first workshop local knowledge was shared and initial ideas for the identity of the site were explored. These initial ideas were then further developed into two options that were then reviewed at the second workshop. The first of these options included development as a separate settlement and the second looked at weighting development toward Denvilles. Please see the links below for summaries of those comments and ideas expressed during the two workshops

The first of two workshops exploring the potential future for the land between Denvilles and Emsworth was held on 2 March 2017 at Emsworth Baptist Church. The event allowed us to present our initial thoughts on the site and helped us to gain a better understanding of the site from those people that know it best, the local residents.
During the event we also began to develop some initial ideas for the way in which the site might be developed by starting to explore site identity, open space provision, sustainable transport, highways, community infrastructure and housing. Ideas gathered from this workshop will be worked up into more developed options that will be further tested at the next workshop on 30 March.
